We are seeking a Sr. FP&A Analyst to join our FP&A team; candidates must be able to work Eastern or Central Standard Time Hours. Primary Function: The Senior Financial Analyst will coordinate and participate in the design, testing, implementation, and review of complex manual and automated financial modeling, financial reporting, and financial planning systems and processes. Supervisory Responsibilities: Assigns and evaluates the work of financial analysts, and program staff regarding development or modification of financial reporting and financial planning systems May assist with performance evaluations of accounting and systems analysts and programming staff

The summer associate program allows students to participate in a paid summer program with Upland and learn different aspects of both the insurance industry and the operational environment of today. Students will participate in a 9-week program aimed at learning and training through hands-on experience, mentorship and the opportunity to network with company executives and leaders.
